Does Eating Well Really Matter?

The answer is YES! You have probably heard that exercise does not do much for you if you have a poor diet. You have probably heard the saying that nutrition is what you see below the tip of the ice burg, and it is SO TRUE. 
In order for your body to properly function (being less tired, no headaches, no bloating, etc.) you need to take into consideration the ingredients of the foods you are eating. If they are whole and natural ingredients, chances are you are feeling pretty well. If it is the complete opposite and you don't know what more than half of the ingredients mean, then it might be time to switch to something with cleaner ingredients. 
Now what does eating well really mean? It means having a balanced diet by remembering that you are eating to nourish your body. It also means that you can have that ice cream once in awhile because we all deserve to have a treat. Try to get all your servings of fruits and vegetables in, and also try to get your other key nutrients throughout the day and it might surprise you how good you feel!
